• All GAMERSLAND products come with a standard warranty, typically one year from the date of purchase.
• However, some smaller accessories and items may come with a 6-month warranty instead.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues related to materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover the following:

• Physical damage due to accidents, drops, or improper handling.
• Misuse, abuse, or negligence, including improper installation or operation.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties.
• Damage caused by external factors, such as liquid spills, extreme temperatures, or power surges.

Claims Process:

1. Contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
2. We may request that the product be returned for inspection.
3. If a defect is confirmed, we will either repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
4. If no defect is found, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Return Policy

Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Opened or used products may not qualify for a return unless they are defective.

4. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Policy:
